Todd is a dynamic sales leader with over 20 years of experience in sales and executive sales leadership within the construction industry. As an Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer, Todd successfully led multiple sales teams to sustainable 10X revenue growth.

With a solid background as an executive team member for multiple fast growing construction firms, Todd brings a wealth of executive experience and strategic insight. He was a certified EOS Implementer, equipping businesses with the tools to excel.

Todd was a founder of Concrete Business Strategies and a Certified EOS Implementer and now in his role with Merlin he has spent the last two decades dedicated to coaching and mentoring emerging executives and sales teams, empowering the next generation of leaders in multiple industries. His advisory roles include an Advisory Board Member at Hotel Point and a Founding Board Member of ALS ONE, reflecting his commitment to community and industry advancements.



In addition, Todd developed and hosted the "Talking Lots Podcast," engaging construction industry leaders and sharing valuable insights. He is a multifaceted entertainer with experience as a comedian, emcee, and writer. Todd brings humor and enthusiasm to a variety of events, captivating audiences with his engaging performances and creative storytelling. He has also authored several screenplays and short films and is currently finishing a treatment for a sales-inspired "fable," showcasing his passion for storytelling.
